3 day before the wedding and they dont have the clothes that you paid a deposit on and tell you thats all they can do. Staff talk a big game but dont deliver
Horrible service. Had our groomsmen sizes for months and waited until 3 days before our wedding to tell us they didn't have it in stock. No apologies, no empathy, couldn't even talk to us without going to other customers in the store... will never recommend, and our wedding attire are ruined. Owner was the one we dealt with. Extremely unprofessional. Would not wish this situation for anyone.
I was with the bridal party and a rented suit ripped. Unfortunately things happen and it's how you respond to a situation. Sadly they weren't easy to deal with and caused the bride and groom headaches on the wedding day and after.
Very friendly staff, twice I have been there and always greeted immediately.The store is very clean and they have a great selection if you are there at the right time!
