Was disappointed as I asked for no onion and they put onion, even marked the container no onion. No flavor on the fries.
Do NOT Eat here!! If I could give u NO STARS I would!!! Worst service & the food isn't being cooked right. Got Jigs dinner here Sunday past, hands down worst plate of jigs I've ever ate. The turnip was unable to be cut it was that hard, the potatoes were whipped with butter?!?! The turkey was extremely dry, the salt meat was a chunk of fat, peas pudding was a dark orange, & the gravy tasted like it was from KFC. Oh yeah & also this review was posted to Facebook but they deleted it so anyways... My husband called back & asked if they do refunds, we explained what was wrong was got told no one else complained followed by a smart laugh& that the turnip isn't supposed to be mush? No it isn't but I should be able to put my fork through it, so we were told to bring the food back & we would receive a refund. Well that was too easy because when the food was handed over the man behind the counter said "You're not getting your money back, I can make you a new jigs dinner or you can get something else on the menu"So after spending $40 at the sweet newfie kitchen I got a sloppy plate of jiggs, had to argue for a refund I never got & was still hungry so we ended up going to tims, you guys were better a year ago, your staff don't know how to cook jigs. You want customers to come back you shouldn't treat them with such disrespect.
Love the food just hate the randomness of their hours. Says theyre open but they randomly close, calls a half an hour before they close and are told they are sold out of everything... wow so I guess you wont be open the next day either since you got NO food left. Only complaint is this, like I said love the food.
Huge portions. Had the turkey dinner. Delicious.
Food was very greasy. Orders were messed up. Didn't help any when the lady on the front counter was being yelled at from her staff.
