Very friendly staff. The man I ended up talking to was visibly excited to talk about all of their reptiles. It was very sweet As a sidenote, their blue-tongued skink is the cutest little boy.
The staff are friendly but not proactive in helping you find something. I hang out in the small animal aisle browsing through the rabbit items. Staff seem to prefer to pat down a dog or go all ga-ga over it. Locally made rabbit toys would be a really nice addition to support local small animal rescue groups.
