Purchased a complete Concept Decor sofa, love seat and chair from Atlantic Home Furnishings in Nov./2013. Total cost $4500.00 Peeling "leather" and sagging springs! Very poor quality!Only warranted for 1 year. Not impressed. Will never shop there again!
Recently purchased appliances here. Competitive prices and great service. They actually stock many of the appliances so there's no waiting for 3 -4 weeks like some other places. They even do their own delivery rather than farm delivery out to a moving company.
Family owned and operated. Sales staff will always try to help you get the furniture and appliances that best suit your needs. Lots of inventory available and many different styles to choose from as well as special orders can be placed. They offer layaway!
Whew! It has been a hard few days over here! My Mother and Father in law bought a new washer in December (GE) and failed once in February when the electronic board failed and since then it had periodically failed to spin out, the same reason the board was replaced in the first place. Finally it failed to function all together this week (Aug 8th 2018) when it refused to do anything but make a grinding noise. Well they called the warranty and they said it would be about a week before anyone could look at the machine - well that was unacceptable, we have a baby in cloth diapers and 3 adults the washing machine needs to work. They finally agreed to send us a repair man. Who with the aid of a second repair man failed to fix the machine and stated that we needed to call GE back to get it fixed or replaced. GE said they had our information and would call us back - with no timeliness or anticipated resolution. We were a bit miffed. So we called Atlantic Home Furnishings - Dan agreed to give us store credit (we had originally purchased through them)and would drop off the new machine the next afternoon! We were grateful - they are even taking away the new machine (once it is unhooked for them). I have to say Atlantic Home Furnishings has secured my business as the Son-In-Law and the business of my In Laws as well. Very Happy Customers! Thanks Dan! :)
Not the best customer service, it took almost a half hour before anyone even asked if we needed assistance.
